Microserve is seeking an Associate, People & Culture to join its team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the People & Culture function, partnering closely with the P&C Manager, P&C Business Partner, and the Talent Acquisition team. The role is a hybrid position working days in office and home, reporting into the Manager, People & Culture. Requirements
- Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (completed or in progress)
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, customer service, or a people focused role
- Strong interest in starting or growing a career in Human Resources / People & Culture
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with employees, candidates, and leaders at all levels
- Proficient with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); experience with HRIS or ATS systems is an asset
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record keeping
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Positive, proactive, and customer service oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt in a fast paced environment
