Damage Claim Officer

As a Damage Claim Officer, you will review and settle damage claims and communicate with claimants. You are part of a 3-person team and report directly to the Senior Manager Express Regulation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and documenting accidents
• Completing damage files and sending accident reports to our customers
• Pursuing our claims
• Answering inquiries from our insurers and reporting new damages as required
• Checking the completeness of the damage file and collecting missing information
• Instructing expert opinions
• Managing our service providers as required

You will work closely with colleagues from different teams, such as the Repair Runner team, and assign tasks, among other things.

Your profile:

You have experience in vehicle damage regulation or a similar position, you are familiar with Berlin and have a great passion for the topic.
