Junior Claims Manager

Join the Team!

As a Junior Claims Manager, you will investigate traffic crimes and respond to inquiries from authorities and the police station. You will be part of a 3-person team and report directly to the Lead Special Cases. In addition, you will maintain regular contact with our law firms and prepare required documents and case materials.

Your Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for our law firms when it comes to special inquiries about existing claims.
• Collect information and prepare electronic files for transmission to our law firms.
• Process and document special cases.
• Answer incoming inquiries about traffic-related crimes in writing and over the phone.
• Check facts and make decisions regarding traffic offenses.

Your Profile:

You have a technical or commercial education, preferably in the automotive industry and experience in processing vehicle damage. You can easily get into complex situations and think about them. You know Berlin very well and have ideal experience in a similar position. You work very accurately and nothing escapes your attention. You can express yourself very well in German and English, both in writing and in speech.
