Job Description
The Senior Substation Electrical Engineer leads programs and a team of engineers on Milhouse projects, responsible for protective system designs, physical layout designs, and calculations, and coordinates with other disciplines on substation projects. The role requires a four-year bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, 13-20 years of protection & control / substation design engineering experience, and P.E. licensure. The ideal candidate should have project management experience, knowledge of applicable codes and standards, and proficiency in CAD software, ACAD, MicroStation, and Revit.
Requirements
- Four-year bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited institution
- 13-20 years of protection & control / substation design engineering experience
- P.E. licensure
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards
- Proficiency in CAD software, ACAD, MicroStation, and Revit
