Job Description
Human Resources Manager position available at a local industrial manufacturing/processing operations company in Clarksville, TN. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR experience, is detail-oriented, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Experience with payroll processing; familiarity with Inova is a plus
- Knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication and a team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of local, state and federal safety regulations
- OSHA Certification is preferred
