Sous Chef

We're looking for an experienced Sous chef to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef/ Wok chef in a high-quality Hotel or Restaurant.
• Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce.
• Experience scheduling and reviewing staff rotas.
• A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade.
• A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
