We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our experienced and hard working team in line with the needs of the business. You'll be a confident chef capable of running the kitchen alongside Head Chef whilst supporting and coaching junior team members.
Requirements
- Having a flair and passion for food, leading by example to all junior chefs in all elements of food preparation and service
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge in all government Health and Food Safety legislation, including HACCP
- Displaying the right temperament to successfully run service in the absence of Head Chef, promoting team work and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
