Millennium Hotel and Resorts UK is looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team on a full-time basis.
Requirements
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and team management.
- Supervise and coordinate food preparation and cooking activities.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet established standards.
- Support menu development and recipe creation in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance performance.
- Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
