Business Development Representative for the DACH region, responsible for generating and nurturing sales leads, collaborating with marketing, sales, and reseller teams, and driving pipeline growth through high-volume outreach and relationship building.
Requirements
- Previous experience in tele-sales, business development, or outbound prospecting is a plus, though not required
- Fluency in English & German is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage potential customers and articulate value propositions
- Sales-Driven Mindset: A motivated self-starter with a desire to exceed targets and grow your sales career
- Ability to handle objections and rejection, remaining focused and determined
- Experience using sales engagement platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and automation tools preferred
- Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple tasks at once while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis, understand customer pain points, and qualify opportunities effectively
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and channel partners
- Persistence and resilience in the face of rejection and challenges in lead generation
