Senior Sales Enablement Business Partner, APAC

At Mimecast, we are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Business Partner to join our Global Enablement team in APAC. This role will be a key contributor to our overall strategy in APAC, building and executing a regional programme that equips our sellers with the skills, knowledge, tools, and confidence to drive pipeline growth and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a revenue-facing role within B2B SaaS or technology.
• Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Demonstrated success designing and delivering enablement programmes that drive measurable behaviour change.
• Experience operating across multiple APAC markets.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with enablement platforms, CRM tools, conversational intelligence tools, and learning management systems.
