We are building an AI-powered task mining platform that empowers enterprises and teams to work more efficiently. We are hiring a Senior HR/People Ops Specialist to own payroll, benefits, and compliance for our Costa Rican operations, working remotely.
Requirements
- Background in HR services and payroll coordination
- Working knowledge of labor law and employment practices in Costa Rica
