Job Description
Ensure smooth onboarding, reliable support, and continuous value for clients using EPGs logistics and warehouse solutions. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, manage long-term customer relationships, and analyze customer performance to propose enhancements.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or technical coordination
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using CRM systems and ticketing tools
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
