Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed, and outcomes-driven Business Solutions Consultant to join our Professional Services team. This role sits at the intersection of business enablement strategy, SaaS implementation, and performance consulting.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 5+ years of experience in SaaS consulting, enablement, RevOps, or professional services roles.
- Have 2+ years in a cross-functional, customer-facing role involving SaaS implementation or enablement strategy.
- Possess strong business acumen with the ability to translate enablement goals into scalable programs.
- Have experience working with sales or customer success teams on GTM initiatives.
- Are proficient in SaaS configuration, reporting/analytics (Excel, Tableau, PowerBI), and user engagement strategies.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, especially with senior/executive stakeholders.
- Are comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and supporting clients across US time zones.
