Enosburgh Diner is hiring a full-time breakfast line cook to prepare high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of breakfast cooking experience and strong knowledge of food trends, quality, and sanitation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of breakfast cooking experience
• Short order cooking experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• Ability to lift up to 50lb
• Effective communication skills
• Highly flexible and solid interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail in all areas of work
• Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
