Supervisor, Credit and Collections

The Credit & Collections Manager under minimal supervision, is responsible for leading Americas C&C team. The role involves managing Business Unit Accounts Receivable ledgers, collection of delinquent balances, assigning, reviewing, and updating customer credit limits, overseeing investigation of credit risk in customers and suppliers, designing, and implementing process to improve cash flow and reduce receivables, DSO and ADD analysis, and monthly reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Experience in managing a credit and collections team
• Ten or more years’ experience in the Accounts Receivable field or related area
• Good working knowledge of the order to cash processes and customer supply chain knowledge
• Experience with large and major commercial account collections and management
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Oracle and Lotus Notes, and Oracle ERP eBusiness Suite
