Minitab is looking for a driven, high-energy Mid-Market Sales Manager to accelerate new business growth across the Chinese market. This is a true hunter role, focused exclusively on winning new logos within the mid-market segment, particularly across the manufacturing industry.
Requirements
- Own and execute a new business sales strategy for the mid-market segment across the Chinese market
- Identify, qualify, and close net-new customer opportunities
- Proactively prospect and engage senior stakeholders within manufacturing organisations, understanding their business challenges and positioning Minitab as a strategic solution
- Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution positioning, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new logo opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Work closely with internal pre-sales, marketing, and services teams in a virtual team-selling environment
- Gather and share competitive and market intelligence to continuously sharpen positioning within the territory
- Represent Minitab at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements across the region
