Join the Minor Hotels AU & NZ team as a Guest Service Agent and provide excellent customer service to guests at Oaks Casuarina Santai Resort. Work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday, with shift times scheduled within 7:00am to 11:00pm. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated background in delivering high-quality service within a hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environment, and be able to articulate information clearly and effectively across various mediums.
