Job Description
Mintlify is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own and manage strategic relationships with high-value enterprise accounts. This role focuses on driving adoption, retention, and a great customer experience, establishing trust as a trusted advisor and shaping the customer experience during the account lifecycle. Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles and managing Enterprise customers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with Git workflows and version control concepts
- Understanding of API documentation and technical writing principles
