We are looking for a Senior Renewal Manager to own the renewal journey for our existing customer base in the DACH region. You will act as the primary point of contact for Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, driving the end-to-end process from initiation to close.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or a commercial SaaS role
- Proven success in mitigating churn in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
- Strong negotiation skills and 'Intellectual Honesty' when navigating difficult customer conversations
- Professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal)
- Experience managing a large book of business (50+ accounts per quarter)
- A 'can-do' attitude with the resilience to navigate a fast-paced'marathon of sprints'
