The Case Manager will be responsible for providing programs and services to federal offenders at the Residential Reentry Center. They will maintain communication with referral sources and other professionals, work with residents and community partners, and refer residents for services based on their needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of a four-year accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in a social or behavioral science area of study
- Minimum of one-year paid experience providing case management or supervision services to the offender population
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, and maintain a team spirit
- Adaptable to change, effective organizational skills, and ability to work cooperatively with others
