Mishimoto is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support HR and general office operations, maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and creating a welcoming environment for employees and guests.
Requirements
- Maintain employee records
- Process payroll
- Create documentation and process changes related to hiring, promotions, compensation changes, benefit elections and terminations
- Assist with recruiting process
- Post news and other content to the company intranet
- Send employee reminders of company policies and respond to employee inquiries
