Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, technical needs, and project goals
• Conduct detailed gap analyses to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood
• Work closely with developers, testers, and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Develop test plans and cases to validate that solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Provide ongoing support during project execution and post-implementation phases
