Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business & System Analyst to translate complex business processes into technical requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from initial request through to solution delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system-level designs aligned with business strategy.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions for process improvements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating that developed solutions meet business needs.
