Job Description
Join us as a Business Analyst IT Technical Projects and contribute to delivering impactful IT solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring project success by acting as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, driving process improvements, and delivering results.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT technical projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
- Understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
