As a Senior Account Manager at Filter Services Inc./Mission Filtration, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, engaging with customers, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the Territory Sales Team to achieve quarterly and yearly goals.
Requirements
- 2 or 4-year degree, or relevant sales experience
- Strong knowledge of customer service and sales principles
- 1-2 years in Customer Service Relationship Management and/or dispatch
- Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Superior communication skills
- Initiative, stress tolerance, and a strong will to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
