The Strategic Growth Associate is a key role within our organization, responsible for supporting senior growth executives in the execution of strategic sales initiatives. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with Senior Growth Executives on high-impact partnerships and accounts, particularly within the Private Equity channel.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in sales, operations, business development or related roles within the professional services, consulting, or cloud SaaS industries.
- Direct experience with the Private Equity market preferred, either selling into PE value creation or supporting PE operating team or value creation function
- High-energy, self-motivated with strong competitive mindset, intellectual curiosity and drive to take ownership of workstreams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Experience with Pitchbook or similar market research platforms is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-level reports and presentations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience supporting sales teams or exposure to B2B sales processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification to be achieved within the first year of employment at Mission Cloud
- Must be able and willing to manage up to 20% travel
