Join Mitel as a Senior Territory Account Manager to drive new business growth and manage strategic customer relationships in Belgium & Luxembourg. You will be responsible for positioning Mitel's Unified Communications and Customer Experience solutions to end-user customers and collaborating with channel partners and distributors.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English communication skills.
- Proven experience in new business development and solution selling to C-level executives, ideally in the Unified Communications or Customer Experience sectors.
- Strong background in selling complex solutions, including Unified Communications, Customer Experience, VoIP applications, and Professional Services.
- Solid understanding of IP/SIP telephony architecture and data networking principles.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level customer relationships and close high-value deals.
- Experience working within an indirect sales model and collaborating with channel partners and distributors.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences.
- Self-starter mindset with the discipline to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com for daily operations, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel 50% or more, depending on business needs, across the BELUX regoin.
- Collaborative and adaptable, capable of working as part of a wider Benelux regional team and contributing to shared goals.
