Job Description
Mixpanel is looking for a Customer Success Architect to partner with customers throughout the customer journey to understand what drives value and maximize the value of Mixpanel. The role involves serving as a trusted technical advisor, owning customer success, and delivering ROI to customers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience consulting on defining and delivering ROI through new tool implementations
- Experience working with Director-level members of the customer organization
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at most levels of an organization
- Strong project delivery discipline
- Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
