At MJH Life Sciences, we're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR department across key areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and administration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment requirements
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, preparing paperwork, and helping to enhance the new hire experience
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
- Manage HR documentation such as contracts, policies, and procedures, and generate reports and metrics as needed
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR-related policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating issues when appropriate
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events to support a positive workplace culture
- Stay current on labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR processes align with compliance requirements
- Support the HR team with training program coordination, tracking employee development, and other special projects as assigned
