Head of Total Rewards EMEAI role will provide support for existing regional total rewards programs and lead the assessment of labor market trends and competitive practices to recommend adjustments that maintain competitiveness and internal equity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics preferred
- 8+ years of global compensation experience
- Strong collaboration and 'one team' mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, communicating, and administering global compensation programs
- Experience working with Works Councils, unions, or similar employee representative bodies
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate technical compensation concepts
- Advanced analytical skills (Excel required; Power BI preferred)
- Workday experience preferred
