We're a performance marketing agency looking for a Sales Manager to build relationships, open doors, and close deals. We're a young and ambitious team based in Lisbon, using AI to streamline our work and generate premium leads for businesses across the US and EU.
Requirements
- Identify and onboard new clients with lead generation needs
- Build and own your prospecting systems and pipelines from the ground up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and direct brands
- Negotiate and close deals for CPL campaigns in European markets
- Collaborate with our media buying team to optimize lead performance and scale revenue
- Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
