The Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the company’s operational readiness across multiple states by managing contract administration, business licensing, and sales tax compliance.

Requirements

• Proficiency with contract‐based project billing using AIA or similar progress‐billing standards
• Strong understanding of state-specific licensing requirements for the construction industry
• Strong understanding of multi-state sales tax, VAT, GST, and other tax regulations
