Role Overview

Join ModMed, a company reimagining the healthcare experience, as a Demand Generation Specialist. You will partner with the Demand Generation Manager to coordinate multi-channel campaigns and drive project timelines. The role involves developing strategies for two distinct market segments, prioritizing task automation for small practices and addressing complex objectives for multi-site optimization.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include tracking marketing campaign performance metrics, compiling performance reports, maintaining data hygiene, and supporting budget tracking and vendor management tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing or similar role
• Required familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets; prior exposure to Salesforce is considered a strong plus
• Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at once
• A natural curiosity for discovering 'the why' behind data and numbers, paired with an eagerness to learn data-driven decision-making
