Procare Solutions is seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to join their Growth Marketing team, responsible for building and running campaigns, nurture programs, and reporting workflows.
Requirements
- 2–4 years' of B2B demand gen or marketing operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Hands-on with Pardot or HubSpot for building nurture programs and campaigns
- Comfortable in Salesforce for campaign tracking and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills
- Analytical mindset — at ease in dashboards and spreadsheets
- Clear written communicator with an eye for good copy
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or childcare/healthcare verticals
- Familiarity with AI content or marketing automation tools
- Background supporting webinar programs (ON24, Zoom Webinars)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content syndication
