Procare Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to lead their Growth Marketing team's pipeline engine, building strategy and owning programs that drive qualified pipeline across SMB and mid-market segments.
Requirements
- 7+ years' of B2B demand gen experience, ideally in SaaS or EdTech
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Proven record building pipeline through content-led programs
- Hands-on with Pardot or HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports and interpreting funnel metrics
- Excellent project management and written communication skills
- Experience in childcare, education, or healthcare verticals
- Hands-on with AI-powered marketing tools
- Background in GEO/emerging search optimization
- Experience with product launch or feature-launch marketing
