We are looking for a Customer Success Manager Mid Market to own and grow a portfolio of mid-market clients by driving adoption, retention, and expansion through AI-powered value delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management in a SaaS environment
- Comfortable engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders
- Highly organised and structured, able to manage multiple accounts and inbound requests efficiently
- Strong business acumen and can translate product value into tangible outcomes
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in French and English and able to manage international clients
