Job Description
Modula is seeking a Director of Service to direct and coordinate all service streams, including installation, customer service, service bookings, software installation and service, training, and parts.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years of experience working for a multinational company
- 10 years of experience working with SAP, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Word, and Excel
- 10 years of experience in customer service, installation, and training in connection with automated machinery and industrial equipment
- 5 years of experience coaching and structuring a department toward effective action and communication plan and establishing clear key performance indicators (KPIs)
- 5 years of experience managing cost controls related to complex manufacturing equipment installation activities
- 5 years working abroad for a multinational company interfacing with international leadership
- 5 years of experience interacting with global teammates and leadership
- 4 years of experience managing a departmental budget
- 4 years of experience managing directly or indirectly (through subordinates) service personnel, including technicians, Installation Site Managers, and installers
