Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or engineering
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, warranty administration, technical support, or a related role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data entry, and recordkeeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
