Bartender

Momofuku is a restaurant group founded by chef David Chang, and they are seeking a part-time bartender to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a warm sense of hospitality, knowledge of beverages, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of restaurant experience in a beverage-focused role
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest conflict
• Able to work in a standing/walking position for long periods of time
• Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
