Job Description
The Monad Foundation is seeking a Business Development Lead to build out the payments ecosystem for its blockchain, Monad. The role involves identifying opportunities, forming partnerships, and creating momentum around a new standard in crypto payments.
Requirements
- Ecosystem Building: Identify, engage, and onboard key ecosystem partners
- Partnerships and Deals: Structure and negotiate agreements that drive adoption of Monad as a global settlement payments layer
- GTM Execution: Collaborate on launch strategy, including the marketing narrative, landing page, and early customer integrations
- Market Development: Evangelize Monad to the broader crypto and fintech communities through events, partnerships, and strategic outreach
- Research and Insight: Rapidly get up the curve on stablecoins, payments, and settlements to inform strategy and execution
