Job Description
A Child and Family Case Manager coordinates therapeutic, educational, and basic support services for psychiatrically disabled children, ensuring successful placement and continuity of care. Community-based intervention is also provided.
Requirements
- BA in a human service field
- One year of experience working with individuals and families
- Skills in advocacy, outreach, assessment, crisis intervention and supportive counseling
- Strong communication skills
