Clinical Case Manager

The Clinical Case Manager is a master’s-level clinical position that integrates outpatient psychotherapy with case management services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field
• Eligible for clinical licensure in New Hampshire or Master’s-level clinician with relevant clinical and case management experience who practices under appropriate clinical supervision
• Ability to provide clinical services under supervision and integrate therapeutic and case management responsibilities
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based clinical environment
• Experience with clinical documentation and electronic medical record systems
