Job Description
Director, Product - Restaurant Solutions responsible for leading a team of Product Managers to shape Moneris' Product offering across the restaurant vertical. Leading core foundational point of sale (POS), digital ordering (UEAT), value-added services, hardware, and payment solutions within the restaurant product portfolios.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/ Commerce/ Marketing or equivalent relevant experience
- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- 7+ years of leadership/ people management experience
- Knowledge of product management methodologies, processes, and reporting requirements
- People leadership is important – both the ability to work in teams across the organization with multiple partners and to influence and align others
- Experience aligning technology strategy and business goals to foster partnerships across the organization
- Fluent in English and French
- Previous experience in the restaurant, point of sale and payment industry is an asset
