The role involves working as a strategic advisor to customers, collecting feedback, and identifying roadblocks to inform internal teams and product engineering. The candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and lead in-person executive business reviews. The role requires a high level of autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, and team player attitude. The customer will be based in Munich and work on a hybrid model. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and German.
