Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dublin or Munich. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, and a passion for technology and advocating on behalf of customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
• A background and passion for advocating on behalf of customers
• A mind for technology and an aptitude to learn about MongoDB and databases
• Ability to act with a high level of autonomy
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Team player and passion for collaboration
• Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology
• Bilingual English and German
