Enterprise Account Executive

MongoDB is seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to focus on generating revenue by acquiring new customers within a specified territory. The role involves prospecting, building relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborating with Solution Architects. This is a hybrid position based in Madrid with a focus on growth and innovation within the software industry.

Requirements

• 4+ years of field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and run a complex sales process to Enterprise clients
• A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Passiveness of Salesforce is a plus
• Previous Sales Methodology training
