This is a high-impact opportunity to help build the foundation of MongoDB's internal Executive Recruiting function during a critical phase of company growth and transformation. Reporting directly to the Director of Executive Recruiting, this role will serve as the strategic engine behind executive talent identification, market intelligence, and proactive leadership pipeline development across the business.
Requirements
- 6+ years of sourcing experience
- Significant experience supporting executive searches at VP level and above
- Strong executive research capability
- Ability to independently initiate and sustain high-quality candidate conversations
- Experience building sophisticated market maps and translating talent intelligence into actionable search strategy
- Functional breadth preferred, with ability to work horizontally across technical and non-technical leadership searches
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple strategic workstreams simultaneously
- Experience operating in high-growth technology, SaaS, or similarly dynamic environments strongly preferred
