Head of AI Platform, GM

MongoDB is seeking a Head of AI Platform, GM to lead the development and scaling of a new AI Applications Platform. As GM you will own the business, vision and execution of this Platform. This is a unique 'intrapreneurial' role where you will act as the CEO of the product line. You will own the end-to-end success of the platform, with direct responsibility over the R&D organization (Engineering, Product, and Design).

Requirements

• Product Vision & Execution (0 to Scale): Own the roadmap and delivery of the AI Platform.
• Business Ownership: Own the P&L for the business unit.
• R&D Leadership: Build and lead a distributed high-performance R&D organization.
• AI Strategy: Build the technical vision for the area, and lead technologists and product managers to document and evangelize the strategy with internal and external customers.
• Go-to-Market Partnership: Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales and Marketing to define our GTM motion.
• Customer Evangelism: Act as the 'technical face' of the product for strategic customers, partners, and the open-source community.
