Manager, Customer Success

MongoDB is looking for an experienced people leader to grow their Customer Success program, recruit and develop a team, and drive customer retention and expansion. The role requires experience in hiring, developing, and managing a team, using data to drive initiatives, and having a mind for technology. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer success, has a proven track record of managing fast-growing teams, and is able to navigate ambiguity and prioritize tasks efficiently.
