We're strengthening our Onboarding HUB team with a Commercial onboarding Associate who combines confident communication, a consultative commercial approach, and a sharp focus on guiding clients toward action and results.
Requirements
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process in a segmented and structured way, ensuring a smooth start with Monizze.
- Conduct a high volume of proactive onboarding calls (no physical appointments), with the clear goal of placing a first order during the call to maximize client activation and commercial impact.
- Educate clients on Monizze’s value proposition and how to get the most of our services from day one.
- Manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously while coordinating with various internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Care, and Product teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience.
